The RAINBOW Program is for Children birth to three years of age that may need evaluation for a developmental delay or have been diagnosed with a developmental delay. The services that RAINBOW provides are;
Support Groups
Parent to Parent Support
Lending library of videos, tapes and publications
Assistance in obtaining services and resources from local, regional and national services
Information on various disabilities
Parent Network Express (A free newsletter for parents of children with special needs)
