Child Care Initiative Project

The Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP) helps increase the availability of quality licensed family child care throughout Modoc County by supporting individuals who are interested in becoming licensed child care providers.

Through the CCIP, the Modoc Child Care Resource & Referral program provides personalized guidance and technical assistance throughout the licensing process. From understanding state licensing requirements to preparing a family child care home, our team is here to help every step of the way

We are especially committed to expanding the availability of care for infants and toddlers, helping ensure that families in Modoc County have access to safe, high-quality child care that meets their needs.
