NorCal Continuum of Care

NorCal Continuum of Care (CoC)

The NorCal Continuum of Care (CoC) is a collaborative partnership of community organizations, service providers, government agencies, and individuals working together to prevent and end homelessness throughout Northern California.

Serving the counties of Modoc, Shasta, Lassen, Plumas, Sierra, Siskiyou, and Del Norte, the CoC coordinates a regional system of housing and supportive services to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness achieve stable housing and improved quality of life.

The CoC is responsible for planning and coordinating homelessness response efforts, administering funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), identifying gaps in services, and working with local partners to strengthen resources and improve outcomes across the region.
