Modoc Child Care Food Program

The Modoc Child Care Food Program helps ensure that children in child care receive healthy, nutritious, and well-balanced meals while supporting child care providers in offering quality nutrition every day.

Through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), eligible child care providers may receive reimbursement for serving meals and snacks that meet established nutritional guidelines. This program helps offset the cost of providing nutritious food while encouraging healthy eating habits that support children’s growth, development, and overall well-being.

Our team provides guidance, resources, and ongoing support to participating providers to help them understand program requirements and successfully participate in the Child Care Food Program.
