RAINBOW Program

The RAINBOW Program provides information, support, and resources for families with children from birth to three years of age who may have a developmental delay or have been diagnosed with a developmental disability. Our goal is to help families navigate available services, connect with valuable community resources, and provide the support they need during the early years of their child’s development.

Services Include

  • Parent and caregiver support groups
  • Parent-to-parent support and networking
  • Lending library of educational videos, audiotapes, books, and publications
  • Assistance accessing local, regional, and national programs and services
  • Information and resources on a variety of developmental disabilities
  • Referrals to community resources and early intervention services, as appropriate
