Home Safe Program

The Home Safe Program provides housing assistance and supportive services to individuals involved with Adult Protective Services (APS) who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of losing their housing.

Through the Home Safe Program, T.E.A.C.H., Inc. works with individuals to help prevent homelessness, maintain safe and stable housing, and overcome housing-related barriers. Services are individualized to meet each participant’s unique needs and circumstances.

Services may include housing navigation, rental and housing-related financial assistance, eviction prevention, landlord mediation, intensive case management, assistance with maintaining a safe living environment, and other supportive services that promote long-term housing stability.

Our goal is to help vulnerable adults remain safe, secure, and stably housed while connecting them with the resources and support they need to maintain their independence and well-being.

Eligibility and referrals are coordinated through Adult Protective Services (APS) and participating agencies.
