Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH)

The Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) Program provides temporary housing and supportive services for individuals experiencing homelessness who have behavioral health needs.

T.E.A.C.H., Inc. works with participants to provide a safe and supportive place to stay while helping them move toward permanent housing. Services may include housing navigation, case management, connections to behavioral health services, and assistance accessing community resources.

Our goal is to help individuals achieve greater stability, independence, and a pathway to permanent housing.
