Bringing Families Home Program (BFH)

The Bringing Families Home (BFH) Program provides housing assistance and supportive services to families involved with the child welfare system who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of losing their housing.

Through the program, T.E.A.C.H., Inc. works alongside families to help create safe, stable, and permanent housing while supporting family reunification and helping prevent foster care placement. Each family receives individualized support based on their unique circumstances, needs, and housing goals.

Services may include housing navigation, rental assistance, security deposits, utility assistance, moving costs, temporary shelter assistance, case management, landlord support, and other housing-related services designed to help families overcome barriers to stable housing.

Our goal is to provide families with the support and resources they need to achieve long-term housing stability, strengthen their family, and create a safe and secure home for their children.

Eligibility and referrals are coordinated through the local child welfare system and participating agencies.
