TEACH Senior Services

The T.E.A.C.H. Senior Services Program is dedicated to supporting the health, independence, and well-being of older adults throughout Modoc County. Our Senior Center provides nutritious meals, social opportunities, transportation resources, and a welcoming place where seniors can connect with friends and remain active in the community.

All services are available to adults 60 years of age and older.

Senior Center Hours

Tuesday & Thursday

9:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Congregate Lunch Program

Join us for a delicious, nutritious lunch in a welcoming environment where you can enjoy good food and great company.

  • Salad Bar: Opens at 11:30 a.m.
  • Lunch Served: 12:00 p.m.
  • Reservations: Please call at least two hours in advance to reserve your lunch

Meals on Wheels

The Meals on Wheels Program provides nutritious home-delivered meals to eligible seniors who are unable to attend the Senior Center due to health, mobility, or other qualifying circumstances.

Our goal is to help older adults maintain their independence while ensuring they have access to healthy, balanced meals delivered with care and compassion.

If you or someone you know may benefit from the Meals on Wheels Program, please contact our office to learn more about eligibility, meal delivery areas, and enrollment.

Transportation Assistance

Transportation services for seniors are available through Sage Stage.

The T.E.A.C.H. Senior Services office provides complimentary Sage Stage vouchers to eligible seniors to assist with transportation throughout the community.
