TEACH Wellness Center/Edding Field

The T.E.A.C.H. Wellness Center provides a safe, welcoming space where individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability can meet their immediate basic needs in a clean, respectful, and supportive environment.

Whether someone needs a warm shower, a place to cool off during the summer, warm up during the winter, charge their phone, enjoy a cup of coffee, or simply take a break in a safe space, the Wellness Center is here to help. Our goal is to promote health, dignity, and well-being while connecting individuals with community resources and supportive services.

Services & Resources

Visitors have access to a variety of free services and essential items, including:

  • Private shower facilities with towels and hygiene supplies provided
  • Toiletries, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, razors, brushes, and other personal care items
  • Clean socks and other basic necessities
  • Phone charging stations
  • Coffee and, when available, light snacks or food
  • A safe, welcoming place to rest, cool down, or warm up
  • Fentanyl test strips
  • Naloxone (Narcan®)
  • Condoms and other harm reduction supplies
  • Information, referrals, and connections to housing, healthcare, and other community resources
