The Nurturing Parenting Programs are evidence-based, family-centered classes designed to strengthen positive parenting skills and reduce family stress.

The curriculum focuses on building empathy, healthy communication, appropriate discipline, and positive parent-child relationships. Through structured lessons, real-life practice, and supportive guidance, parents learn how to create safe, nurturing home environments that promote their children’s healthy development.

It’s All About Being a Teen is a dynamic, interactive curriculum that helps adolescents build confidence, emotional resilience, and healthy relationships.

Through role-play, psychodrama, debates, discussions, and creative expression, teens learn practical skills that support personal growth and lifelong well-being.

Developed from the evidence-based Nurturing Programs, this competency-based curriculum gives parents and teens clear tools to guide families through the complexities of adolescence. The structured yet flexible design helps ensure every teen receives meaningful, age-appropriate support.

Core Focus Area

Teens gain essential knowledge and skills in areas such as:

  • Nurturing Values: Empathy, emotional awareness, and self-discipline
  •  Healthy Relationships: Positive friendships and respectful dating
  • Mental Health: Stress management, coping skills, and understanding peer pressure
