We administer a wide variety of programs funded by grants Federal, State and private funding sources. T.E.A.C.H. provides services to the entire population of Modoc County, not just the low income.

NorCal Continuum of Care

The NorCal CoC is a collaborative partnership working to address homelessness across Northern California, supported by TEACH as the Administrative Entity.

Youth & Family Services

Supporting children, parents, and families with caring services, meaningful connections, and resources that help every family thrive.

Modoc Child Care Resource & Referral Program

Connecting and empowering Modoc County families through quality child care, trusted resources, and support that strengthens early childhood success and builds a brighter future.

Modoc Crisis Center

Modoc Crisis Center provides 24/7 advocacy, crisis intervention, and support services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault throughout Modoc County.

Home Energy Assistance Program

Helping eligible households reduce energy costs and maintain safe, comfortable homes through trusted energy assistance and community support.

Food Bank

Food Bank provides supplemental food assistance to Modoc County residents once every other month, offering a 1- to 7-day supply of food based on household size.

Commodities

Commodities is an income-based food distribution program available to eligible Modoc County residents on the fourth Thursday of each month.

Housing Supportive Services

TEACH Housing Programs provide low-barrier, housing-first services that help eligible individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness achieve stable housing and long-term self-sufficiency.

In-Home Support Services (IHSS) Registry

The Modoc County IHSS Public Authority supports independent living by connecting eligible individuals with trusted in-home care providers.

T.E.A.C.H. Wellness Center/Eddingfield

Creating a welcoming environment where individuals can access housing, wellness resources, and the support they need to thrive.

Modoc Harvest

Connecting Modoc County with fresh, locally grown food while supporting agriculture, healthy living, and a stronger community.

Thrift Store

Thrift Store offers affordable clothing, household goods, and other donated items to the community and is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Community Connections Center

The Community Connections Center (CCC) provides individualized services and support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping each person build skills, increase independence,
participate in their community, and work toward their personal goals.
